I tried to do some research on book sizes for printing of Raven today and the internet was up and down like a yo-yo, it was terrible. Did some writing on Bear and some arranging. When I write I tend to not insert Chapters unless I am ending a major scene, so the rest is pages and pages upon pages. So ever so often I have to go back and insert chapters in my work.
On a personal note after birthing 7 kids, including a set of twins over the past 15 years...I am taking my body back, again. Yep I have said this before but I am going to burn that butter, melt that fat and try to not pass out face first on the floor. Now I am going to either be brave or stupid right now, I'm going to tell you all how much I weigh...273 pounds. I will be 39 in about a week and a half but over the last 3 months completely changed the way I had been eating. In hopes that now exercising every night would be easier on my body and not send it into convulsions lol Yep pretty much right now I have the rear end of a Ford Pick-Up truck but let's see if I can get it to the size of a Porsche. Bought the Biggest Loser wii disc a while ago but the kids put it somewhere, tonight I started diggin for it and found it. Plugged it in and got yelled at by a animated version of Jillan for my lack of calorie intake. height, weight and age says 2161 calories and I rolled up with 900 and yep she yelled at me. Who can eat 2161 calories, maybe around the holidays I could get close to that but daaaamn. So I have to eat healthy snacks now, can you see me trucking through the house with a pocket full of grapes and a child smashes into me. I'm going to have to then mark the grapes as a drink and lick my sweater pocket to drink my grape juice. The overall thing is that if your are not meeting your daily calorie intake, your body thinks it is starving and turns everything into sugar aka fat in the form of love roll bars lol So apparently my body hasn't learned over the past 38 years how I feed it, great I am brilliant and my body is a bit slow GREAT!
Now each day you will get a writer's update and a Crystal Rayne burning butter update lol lucky you...poor things but your my witnesses so suck it up and prepare for moaning.
Hey, it's Anthony here, It's great to hear you've got the motivation to get back into shape, if not at least jump into a healthier lifestyle.
ReplyDeleteAbout a month ago I found some motivation for myself to change my lifestyle. It started with me being totally annoyed with the fact that my sister has 3 kids, had a six pack and lost all her baby fat, and now is having her 4th, and will be doing it all over again.
In an effort to not be the odd one out, I have started changing my life. I have started with P90X, started at 225 pounds, lost 10 pounds in the first couple of weeks, gained a little hydration and muscle weight, and I'm shedding off the pounds again.
I've realized that after starting this and eating healthier, my view on a lot of things has changed a little bit, and once you find the right foods you can curve hunger a lot. You think your calorie intake was wtf huge? My recommended intake was 3000-3400 calories with P90X. I've cut that down to probably 2400 or even under that. The basic rule of thumb is eat healthy for a while, workout, and if you feel hungry shortly after your workout, you haven't been taking in enough food.
I know right so unfair!! I don't even eat junk food I'm more of a salad veggie person and don't even have hardly any dressing. I went to a nutritionist 2 yrs ago and she had said the same thing as the video last night. Its the age, and oddly enough the amount of sleep I get plays a huge part and then the not enough calories thing. I get about 3 to 4 hours a sleep a night and the lady freaked on me and said that I have to have at least 7 hours. I asked her if she wanted to come watch all the kids so I could work on her goal and she declined ROFL The current routine I am working with is 17lbs per 4 weeks, which as a woman with all this water should be pretty attainable. So in 7 months I should be at the 150 to 155 I would like to be at. The question becomes after 7 babies and age with calcium and all that older people stuff is my goal realistic? I think at around 170 to 160 I will have to look at myself real close and decide what looks better a number or my body :) I know gravity is evil and on a woman from 35 on your breasts become some sort of whacked out vegetable like zucchini and that is just the start of it LOL But when I get that close I will have to see how I feel about how I look.
